Included in your Overnight Adventure: 7PM – 8AM
Play time in the Museum, themed programming provided by museum Discovery Guides, healthy evening snack, continental breakfast, gift shop open for a limited time during the evening, and a FREE museum pass for each child camper to return another day. Please have everyone here by 7:15 to help us stay on schedule and give your group plenty of Museum time.

Portable music players
Food & beverages (snack & breakfast will be provided)
Any items of value (Hands On! is not responsible for any lost or stolen items)
Sample Evening Schedule:
7:00-7:15 Campers arrive and unload gear
7:15-7:30 Review rules and camp-in procedures
7:30-8:00 Program time
8:00-8:30 Snack in the Welcome Room
8:30-10:30 Museum play time & gift shop open for purchases
10:30-11:30 Unpack gear, set up sleeping areas, and change into pajamas
11:00 Lights Out (No one is permitted outside after lights out and the doors will remain locked except in cases of emergency.)
7:45-8:00 Pack up gear. Please be packed and ready to go by 8:00 am.
To Book your Overnight Adventure
Dates fill up quickly so make your reservation today by contacting Kayla at firstname.lastname@example.org. When e-mailing a reservation please include: date requested (Friday or Saturday only), number of children, organization/group name, contact name and information, and theme. Camp-ins are NOT reserved until a 50% deposit is received and a confirmation is returned.
Pre-Order Your T-shirts
Pre-order your campers’ Hands On! t-shirts for $10 each. That’s a savings of $2 per shirt. This also ensures that your receive the color and size of your choice. T-shirts will also be available the night of your camp-in at the regular price of $12. Selection may be limited.
For camp-ins of 20 children or less, the cost is $450 and includes the cost of up to 20 children and up to 5 adults. If the maximum number of children does not attend, you will still be charged the full $450. 1 adult for every 5 children is required to attend. A 50% deposit is required in order to reserve your date.
For camp-ins exceeding 20 children with a maximum of 40 children, the base charge is $500 and includes the cost of 20 children and up to 8 adults. 1 adult for every 5 children is required to attend. Each additional child after the 20th is an additional $20. Each additional adult after the 8th is an additional $10.
Birthday camp-ins are also available.
We require a final count of children and adults attending 3 weeks prior to your event date. All campers must meet the minimum age requirement for the camp program/activity. Once an initial reservation is made, a 50% deposit is due immediately to maintain your reservation. A receipt will be sent with the confirmation packet.

3. Please don’t touch the animals in the ark.
4. Treat our live animals with respect (don’t tap on the cages/tanks).
5. Kids slide safely in the coal mine (sorry adults, kids only).
6. NEVER open the door for anyone – get an adult.
7. Please stay away from doors and windows after lights out.
8. Sleep upstairs in designated areas.
9. No one is permitted outside after lights out.
